The Application does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or account details.

The Application retrieves public rail timetable and service information from third-party data providers in order to display train departures and arrivals.

Device Identifiers and Service Data

To support reliable operation of the Application, the Service Provider may collect a per-device identifier that is generated by the Application.

This identifier is used for purposes such as:

• fraud and abuse prevention
• basic internal analytics and service monitoring
• ensuring stability and reliability of backend services

The device identifier is not linked to your identity, is not associated with any account or personal information, and is not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

This data is processed only by the Service Provider and is not shared with third parties.

Location Data

With your permission, the Application may access your device's location while the app is in use in order to identify nearby train stations.

Location data is:

• used only on your device
• not stored
• not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers
• not shared with third parties

Location access is optional, and you can choose to deny or revoke permission at any time through your device settings.

Data Collection and Tracking

The Application:

• does not use advertising technologies
• does not track users across apps or websites
• does not use data for targeted advertising

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information.

Local Storage

The Application stores certain settings and preferences on your device, such as favourite stations, to support functionality including widgets.

This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider or shared with third parties.

Third-Party Services

The Application communicates with external public transport data services to retrieve train timetable and service information. No personal data is sent to these services.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the Application and its data flows. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
